A free consultation prior to each massage allows Ellen to determine the individual's needs, so she can concentrate on assisting healing and reducing pain for many health conditions. Located in American Woman Fitness Center, a "woman only" gym in the lovely town of Westwood, NJ, Perfectly Kneaded Massage offers customized massages to both gym members and nonmembers. Included with nonmember massages, is use of the sauna, steam room, showers and locker rooms at American Woman Fitness Center.
