I was initially very excited about sending my girlfriend here for valentine\'s day for the spa manicure and gel polish as a V-day gift, but it turned out to be a HUGE NIGHTMARE. I paid for everything in advance and was very clear on what services I wanted her to receive, however when my gf arrived they were extremely backed up(understandably) and the receptionist decided to lie and tell her that I had scheduled something completely different(to save time). After speaking with my gf after she left I found out that all they did was a gel polish, so naturally I called to get it resolved. I spoke with manager Brooke and she admitted the services I paid for were not performed however became very argumentative and placed the blame on us saying that we miscommunicated what we wanted and we changed the services desired. After arguing my case on the THIRD call she offered a discount for us on our next visit, and I said that wouldn\'t be sufficient, she then stated that technically I should owe them more money so I then threatened to dispute the charge with my bank she said she could schedule a free service. All in all they wouldn\'t accept responsibility for their lack of organization and poor service and Brooke was very unprofessional. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I\'ve ever had. Valentines day is once a year, only take on the workload that can be handled. I guess I should\'ve looked at ALL the reviews(not recommended section) guess paying for your best reviews to show up really worked this time. see less
