This spa just settled in to a new location -- on a fun street with restaurants and shops. It was easy to book online, The Sweet Water Escape with upgraded Super Glow Facial. Email and phone contact followed-up. SpaWeek gift cards were handled easily. I had a perfect Swedish massage at the hands of a wonderfully skilled therapist, Sarah. I melted into the comfy warmed table. For the rest of the day and the next day, I felt relaxed and very well taken care of. The waiting area is in a nook off the side of check-in, but was comfortable and mostly quiet. Water, tea, wine and treats! were available, along with a good selection of magazines. The facial rated average with minimal extractions via fingers and a Queen Helene mask. There was a miscommunication about my booking and the manager (owner?) handled it like a pro. I was very grateful and impressed. I recommended the spa to a girlfriend who tried it a few days later and she also raved about Sarah's massage. The prices are great and the people are very nice, I recommend it! see less
