Our specialty is Deep tissue, Sports massage, Anti-aging facials, One on One Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates and fitness classes . We caters to athletes, gym-goers, and workaholics in all five boroughs. Staff will assist clients with muscle recovery, relaxation, and rejuvenation of the body, while facial products assist in helping clients look and feel youthful, refreshed and stress free. We strive to make services as convenient as possible for all clients by offering both in-home and in-spa services.
