At the heart of the bodywork I provide it is my intention to truly listen and hear what your needs are to best serve you on your path to wellness. I draw from assisted stretching, deep tissue, Myofascial Release, Swedish massage, Reflexology and Trigger Point Therapy techniques to create sessions that are tailored to your healing goals. Along with the fusion of therapeutic massage, energy work and reflexology that I provide; I practice alongside an acupuncturist, chiropractor and deep tissue massage specialist in the heart of Wicker Park at Division Chiropractic and Acupuncture, where they can offer their services if additional treatment is needed or recommended.
