outheast Med-Spa is a modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment. Owned and operated by Dr. William Turlington and his wife, Angel Turlington, RN, NP, they began providing skin care services to clients in Clayton, NC in November 2009 and to Smithfield clients in 2006. Angel provides cosmetic procedures, and she is also a licensed nurse practitioner and sees patients for women’s health care appointments at Southeast Women’s Center.
