The concierge at the hotel recommended Namti to us. They were very patient and accommodating when I was trying to figure out my schedule since I was lining up excursions when I called them. Unfortunately we were in town for 2 days and 1 night. I had to get things in order quick because I didn't before I came into town. We came in for a facial and massage. I had Victoria and she was AMAZING!! I am also an esthetician and small business owner. Sadly I am not easily impressed. I can be a bit critical. I expect to receive what I give my clients. Victoria knows what she is doing and keeps up with her education always expanding her skill set. She didn't try to up sell me and still gave me an exceptional facial with lots of great ingredients. I had a peptide power packed facial. It helped with repairing and rebuilding my skin due to the climate change it was trying to adjust to. Her hands are strong and she knows just where you are holding tension and melts it away. They only complaint I have is I wish I had more time to get more services. Well it just means I need to go back to Sedona !! see less
