Great place to get permanent hair removal. Private and quiet office location, with a relaxing environment and friendly stagf. I went in for an electrolysis consultation and first time treatment on 6/25/2015. Barbara was the staffer who performed electrolysis on me: she gave me the form to fill out, provided a tour of the electrolysis and massage rooms, described how electrolysis worked, and showed me the autoclave (tool sterilization) machine. She also answered questions I had, and was very helpful in giving clear, concise information on the treatment and post treament care. During electrolysis, she checked with me if i was comfortable with strength of the treatment or if it needed to bre adjusted, but it was fine. Great experience, as Ive been hesitant of getting permanent hair removal, but honestly, it pretty much feels like waxing, but doesnt burn like wax can. Verybhighly recommended. see less
