I also was still having cramping and tingling in my feet after bunion surgery 2 years ago. Sam worked out some nasty knots in my back and put a stop to my foot pain, while also explaining how various muscles were interconnected, and showing me some stretches I could do at home in just 60 minutes. He is a genius. If you want deep tissue, actual resolution to your pain, and not one of those dainty frou-frou massages, there is no one better. I have recommended him to all of my friends! see less

So I recently had Kevin from Kur skin lab do needling, a mild invasive yet very effective, procedure on my face. I was fast approaching 40 and some signs of aging were peaking it\'s head and like any normal woman it was beginning to bother me a bit. Kevin suggested that I would be a great candidate for needling. He shared the the list of benefits that needling would offer me: smooth out my pores, promote collagen, minimize my fine lines, change the texture of my skin, and hardly any down time. I was sold. Though the only caveat was that it was going to be a bit uncomfortable he added. Which he was right , but it was bearable. I\'ve done Botox before and it wasn\'t as painful as that. Right after the procedure I notice the fullness in my face. My skin had a glow and my fine lines were drastically minimized. As the weeks went by I figured my results would fade away, but it didn\'t. I followed the post care that Kevin suggested and did come back a month and half later for another session. Well I am very much sold on needling. They use products from PCA Skin; She was very thorough yet gentle with cleansing, massaging, and extractions.Most facialists put a mask on and leave you alone for 10-20 minutes during the steam and/or mask portions, but Cleo did massages during those times -- it was heavenly!! Definitely recommend and will return. The front desk was super nice and accommodating, too. As soon as we got in, they offered me water. The whole spa is clean and calming. I had chemical peels done in the past with no results. Kevin practices at Kur, which is so clean and comfortable. He answered all questions without hesitation. We shared a chuckle after discovering he knows my dermatologist, and that also made me comfortable about putting my face in his hands. Giving me an after-procedure kit and instructions underscored her professionalism. I was impressed with him and the results. My skin looks much smoother and firmer. My friend however ordered me to DO IT and I can\'t say enough how pleasant and enlightening the experience was. Kevin understood all of my fears and explained the why and what. I left feeling refreshed, renewed and have a whole new take on skin care -- especially what I\'ve been missing. Not only that, he gave me amazing take home advice that\'s both easy and effective. My complexion had a visible improvement one day after the chemical peel treatment and his tips/homework made it even better. If you want a warm and friendly \"skinoligist\" who will take his time and do what\'s right for your face then KUR SkinLab is the place. I only wish I lived closer, I\'d be here monthly.
