Customer service is our highest priority by identifying our guests’ needs, fulfilling those needs and to exceed client expectations every time. The staff has been certified in each line to bring you the expertise and professionalism you deserve. The team keeps up with all the newest cuts, colors, styles and techniques backed by the Team Paul Mitchell educators. We have a training/assistant program for all new hires (our “Rising Stars”), so that a guest could go to any of the stylists and receive the same expertise and care. We have bi-weekly meetings to make sure everyone is updated on the newest happenings and to share new ideas.
