When I called for an appointment, the receptionist Tiffany was very friendly to answer all of my questions. The place is super elegant and clean. I love the atmosphere there. The interior design and decorations are fresh and cozy. CLEO, CLEO, CLEO!!!!! OMG!!! Believe me! She is the most professional esthetician ever! She did my facial and chemical peel. She actually just starts to work at Le Bon Skin Lab this month. She has been working for a couple major beauty spas in the city, and It was so hard to make an appointment with her in the past few years, so I'm happy that I could have her to do my facial at this moment. Anyway, Cleo made my skin turning so bright and shinny like newborn. The treatment works well!!! LOVE this place. see less

This was my very first time doing anything beyond the usual waxing to my eyebrows. But as a busy working single mom, who would sometimes go months between eyebrow waxing, I felt that it was time to get something longer lasting and semi-permanent. I'm not into trends, and I am pretty conservative, so this was a huge leap of faith for me. Enter Tiffany: she put me at ease, explained the steps and process, then did a great job. I love my new brows. I look 10 years younger, couldnt be happier, and recommend her highly. Just remember to bring in a photo or magazine of the way you want your brows to look.
