I am a life long student of Ayurveda. I started my learning journey with one of my Guru but one of the best things that happened to me when I met Vaidya Meenakshi Gupta in 2017. She has been my Ayurvedic guide and mentor since then. Under her care and supervision, I have learned about Ayurveda, its approach to the body, and nutrition that I adhere and follow since taking care of myself and my family's health. Her classes are always so informative & well structured. She is so knowledgeable & passionate about helping others heal in the most natural ways possible. She is not only a gifted teacher, but is nurturing, & genuinely compassionate. Twice a year, I do Ayurvedic detox called Panchakarma - it's powerful stuff, and it works wonders! Meenakshi is a master of Panchakarma; she provides this and many other Ayurvedic health procedure services. I trust Meenakshi with my most valuable asset - my health. I recommend her to everyone who wants to take responsibility for their health and learn what to do to prevent disease, solve existing health problems, and save tons of money on healthcare!
