Chicago's original fitness and wellness center specifically catered to women in their childbearing years. Healthy moms make healthy babies. We help create healthy, happy mommies! We offer prenatal, postnatal classes, and women's health coaching services. Our goal is to helps take the mystery out of creating a healthy, comfortable, and less isolating motherhood by providing classes, workshops, and coaching programs that are researched informed from Functional, Integrative, and Conventional health philosophies. Our staff is comprised of experienced prenatal, postpartum instructors, Doulas, and holistic wellness professionals, and moms who empower women to be informed, be prepared, and be more in control of their motherhood journey.
