We do holistic health consultations and energy healing modalities. Access Bars® is one of my favorite techniques. This is a very relaxing technique by touching points around the crown of the head. It promotes calm and collectedness, focus, reducing anxiety and depression. Sessions last about an hour. Guidance is given for more natural means of self care upon request. By appointment only.
