I can't say enough wonderful things about Helena's Wax & Day Spa. I have been a loyal customer for 5+ years and feel like a new customer each and every visit! You are always greeted with a warm welcome and your appointment time is always on time! Not that I would mind sitting in the waiting area because it is so inviting, calm and peaceful. Each staff member, including Helena herself, are very friendly, experienced professionals. If I can't book with my normal person, I never mind being scheduled with someone else because they are all very good and first-hand trained by Helena, herself. This is one business owner that cares about her business, her staff and her clients! During my recent visit for a Full Body Scrub, it was scheduled with Tiffany. New to this service, she was very friendly and walked me through the process and asked if there was any questions. I think it is wonderful that she didn't "jump into it" but took the time to explain. The body scrub service was SIMPLY WONDERFUL and I have already scheduled my next appointment and plan on doing this on a regular basis, in addition to the other services that I currently have regular scheduled - Brazilian Wax and Facials. Following completion of my full body scrub, Tiffany provides a magazine and a glass of wine for you to enjoy in the waiting room to just "soak it all in" before heading back out in the real world. I thought that was a wonderful touch in ending such a great service. I highly recommend Tiffany. You will not be disappointed! see less
