I was ecstatic when I found out they were building a Woodhouse in North Bethesda, especially since I frequented another location before I moved here. The interior is immaculate and aura is tranquil as soon as you step foot inside. I really enjoy the pamper area with secure lockers, toiletries, and shower. Not to mention, the lounge provides customers with refreshments and light snacks while you wait in comfortable loungers in front of the cozy fire place. Design Rating: 5 The staff in entirety are hospital, friendly, and professional. Some of the best customer service which makes any visit pleasurable. They have gone out of the way to ensure every visit has been top notch. Customer Service Rating: 5 I am an avid athlete and constantly training. I had the 90 minute deep tissue massage to focus on my problem areas. I saw Sabrina, and I never thought I would say this but I received the best massage in my life from her. I have had massage and mani / pedicure services at this spa and I have always been highly impressed with the experience of the therapists and the overall feel of the spa. The staff are highly knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend and can't wait to try the facials!
