We are located in Waldorf , MD and offer an array of holistic healing services, massage services, products, workshops and classes that promote physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being and help to alleviate stress and pain. At Essence of Energy (EoE) we aim to ‘tune-up’ your energy to it’s healthiest state allowing healing to take place. Our services can be used to strengthen your whole being; to help you cope with symptoms, such as pain or fatigue; or to simply support your current medical care. EoE's practitioners provide complementary, alternative, natural, holistic healing methods as well as methods to relieve or reduce pain and stress.
